I watched the most recent episode of Hotel Impossible.  I have talked about this show twice before when it provided an interesting showcase of female filthiness and behavior.  This episode also provided an interesting showcase of female behavior, specifically comparing two sisters in business together with two brothers in business together.

The host, Anthony Melchiorri, went to help a struggling hotel that had a pair of sisters in charge.  One sister owned the hotel while the other sister was the hotel’s general manager.  The sisters had a lot of personal problems, and that was the primary reason the hotel was falling apart.  The sister who owned the hotel avoided the hotel because she didn’t want any contact with her sister.  Anthony Melchiorri realizes that the only way to save the hotel was to get the sisters talking again.  He gets them into the same room, and it quickly turns into an argument.  Melchiorri has to bring in a therapist (who happened to be male) to sort out the sisters because he couldn’t assist them with actual hotel business until the sisters started therapy.

Another thing Mechiorri did to help the hotel was get a business deal setup with a very successful distillery that was next to the hotel.  He met with the owners of the distillery who turned out to be two brothers.  Since he was trying to help two sisters, he asked the owners of the distillery what it was like to work with his brother.  They told him that while they had plenty of disagreements, their goals were the same so they knew how and when to compromise.  The brothers could get things done.  Thus the distillery was very successful unlike the hotel which took multiple men to save it (Mechiorri and the male therapist).  It is a very telling comparison of how men working together vs. women working together.

It’s impossible to talk about space exploration nowadays without talking about Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX (and Tesla Motors and SolarCity).  Thus, it is not surprising that feminists have declared war on Elon Musk.  For example, this feminist article from The Guardian falsely accuses Elon Musk (along with Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson who have their own aerospace businesses) of working on a secret plan to allow the rich to escape EarthAnother feminist attacked Musk for describing humanity as stuck on Earth as well as Musk’s South African heritage. (She also said that the colonization of Mars was “white colonialism”.)  Another article from The Guardian said that Musk’s work would lead to a #GamerGate takeover of Mars.  Feminist attacks on Musk aren’t limited to things related to space exploration.  Musk was falsely accused of berating an employee who missed a meeting to be at the birth of his child.

Why do feminists attack Elon Musk?  Some of it has to do with his involvement in the tech industry, namely PayPal.  (That is why Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson were attacked along with him.)  Musk is now the most visible proponent of space exploration, particularly private space exploration.  In other words, he can’t be shutdown with politics like NASA can.  The fundamental reason is that Musk’s goals are the direct opposite of the goals of feminists.  Musk wants humanity to survive, and survival requires that humanity not be stuck on one planet.  Musk is working to ensure the future of humanity with his goal of colonizing Mars.  Feminists don’t care about that because they are greedy and it doesn’t benefit them.  Plus, if Musk is successful in colonizing Mars then nerds, gamers, and every other man that feminists hate will have a place to go that is outside of the reach of feminists.  Feminists can’t stand that.

This article at the New York Times is the latest hit piece on men working in the tech industry.  While it would take weeks to fully document the misandry in that article, one thing of note in the article and its comments were the attacks on startups.  In contrast, large companies and government were glorified along with their HR departments:

Dear Women: come to Microsoft, to IBM, to Cisco, to Apple or even to Google/Facebook. We are “dinosaurs” (which means that we have been around for many years) and we actually have an HR department and diversity policies. The older ones among us (Microsoft, IBM, Cisco) are not liked by the macho and libertarian TechCrunch crowd – just like older people are hated by the “cool” young ones.

It’s the same with this comment:

Now, my daughter’s attitude is that she wouldn’t be caught dead applying to jobs with hi tech companies in Silicon Valley. She is repelled by what she hears about the corporate culture – and her impression that it’s filled with people like her classmates. Instead, she wants to work for governmental agencies or companies that she feels are run by “grown ups” such as IBM. This attitude is becoming widespread among female CS majors. I think it’s pretty sad that the best and brightest young women in the CS field are writing off big segments of the tech world as potential employers. These companies better act and act quickly.

The article admits that tech startups are the most innovative part of the economy.  They are not experiencing a loss because women are taking jobs in large corporations and the government.  It has been pointed out that sectors of the economy that employ women are all known for their low productivity.  They are also known for their lack of innovation.  This is not a coincidence.

If women were so vital for success tech startups would be failing left and right, but that isn’t happening.  Instead startups are providing men in the tech industry an escape hatch from working at large corporations and the government.  On top of that startups have made lots of men rich outside of the control of women and the feminine imperative.  Men who work at startups are effectively GTOW with respect to employment.  Their productivity is benefiting themselves and not women working in useless jobs like HR and diversity officers.

The reason why we see this article attacking startups and Obamacare attempting to make it harder to form startups is because it is in women’s interests to see men forced to work in large corporations and the government.  Men are not serving the feminine imperative when they work at a startup.  I also suspect there’s a fear that startups will spread beyond the tech industry.  If other industries have a startup ecosystem, even more me will be able to keep their productivity for themselves.  Startups aren’t just a threat to the feminine imperative in the tech industry.  They are a threat to the feminine imperative in every industry.

One thing you hear people say a lot is that men (en masse) are becoming more feminine due to feminism and/or environmental factors.  I’m not convinced of this.  I have noticed that any example that is supposed to show that men en masse are becoming more feminine falls into one of two categories:

  1. Men aren’t doing what I want.  This includes everything from tradcons complaining that men aren’t getting married to women complaining that men aren’t bailing them out anymore to men have different political views than the complainer.
  2. Environmental factors such as lowered sperm counts, BPA, etc.

The problem with the environmental factors category is twofold.  First, you have to prove that it’s happening.  Second, you have to show that environmental factors are actually leading men en masse to act more feminine.  For example, consider lowered sperm counts.  The current research shows that lowered sperm counts are not happening.  It’s really the media creating panic.  Even if that wasn’t an issue, what are the examples given of men acting more feminine as a result of environmental factors?  They all fit into the first category of “men aren’t doing what I want”.  In other words, citing environmental factors as the cause of men is complaining that men aren’t doing what I want indirectly and hoping no one notices.

Can anyone come up with an objective example of men en masse becoming more feminine?  I don’t mean individual examples because those aren’t representative of most men.  Plus, a lot of those examples would be tied to a paycheck in some way.  Most men would never have the opportunity to “go feminine for pay”.  Plus, it ends as soon as the job ends.

Complaints about men en masse becoming more feminine are really self serving attempts to hide that the complainer is pissed that men aren’t slaving away for themselves or for women.  What is really happening is that men are looking at the dating landscape, the marriage landscape, the employment landscape, etc. and finding that there is no payoff.  Why get married if you will just get ass raped in divorce court?  Why bother dating if you can’t find a good woman?  Why bother going to college and wasting your money?  Why bother working more than the bare minimum you need unless you get paid highly for your time?  Why do a bunch of things tradcons, feminists, women in general, etc. want when they won’t provide you equal consideration or anything in return for your work?

What has happened is not that men have become more feminine.  What is happening is that men are making LOGICAL and RATIONAL decisions.  All complaints about men becoming more feminine seem to be in areas where men have discovered there is no payoff or the payoff doesn’t match the risk or work.  Men haven’t become more feminine.  Men simply aren’t being idiots.  Being able to make logical and rational decisions is something men do.  In other words, any complaint about men becoming more feminine is actually an example of men being masculine.  Given that enough men are making similar logical and rational decisions, it’s possible that men are now more masculine than ever before.  This means that feminism hasn’t feminized men but has had the opposite effect of making men more masculine.

Here is a picture from an anti-Wells Fargo protest at Macalester college:

wellsfargoprotestWhat is missing from this picture?  Men.  The only men in it are the man at the desk who is working there and not part of the protest and some kid who looks like he actually there to see a professor or something like that (and possibly not a part of the protest).  He’s also not screaming like the rest of the women so that makes it more likely he really isn’t part of the protest.

Where are the men?  As men are expected to work, they don’t have time for pointless and meaningless protests like this.  Many men aren’t there because they decided not to go to college after realizing its an anti-male cesspool where protests like these double as protests against men.  (When these girls protest Wells Fargo, they only see the executives, the apex of Wells Fargo, which they imagine to be all men.)  Some of these men may be working to repair damage from superstorm Sandy, a job women aren’t doing.  Men who are going to college major in useful areas of study that require real work like STEM.  Those men are in class or studying since they actually have to work for their grades unlike the girls above who are probably majoring in feminist basket weaving where they will get an automatic A for having a vagina.

Why are the men missing from this picture?  Because they have to work.  Because they don’t have a vagina and thus don’t get free stuff.

On Monday, the second season of Hotel Impossible premiered.  All of you who have been reading my blog for a while may remember this TV show from how it demonstrated just how filthy hotel rooms can get due to women.  The most recent episode was a metaphor and a microcosm of women in the economy, and the damage women cause to it.

On Monday’s episode the host, Anthony Melchiorri, goes to the hotel in Puerto Rico that’s in serious trouble.  He meets with the owner, a man, and the general manager, a woman.  He finds out that the owner has decades of experience in the hotel business which confuses Melchiorri to no end because his hotel shouldn’t be in trouble.  He also finds out the owner and the general manager are married.  Later, Melchiorri meets with the owner’s son who informs him that he was the general manager for a couple of years but gave up due to interference from the current general manager (his stepmother).  Since the owner’s son gave up on being the general manager, the current general manager ran the hotel almost into the ground.

Melchiorri has to get the owner to fire his wife which he eventually does.  The owner’s wife throws a tantrum about it as you would expect.  Melchiorri and the owner have to interview and hire a new general man.  The candidate they select is a man who during the duration of the rest of the episode did a good job getting things back into shape.  At the end of the episode there was a blurb about how the new general manager has quit.  Likely, that was due to interference by the owner’s wife.

This episode of Hotel Impossible is a real good case study in feminine destruction of the economy.  The owner over decades learns a business and builds a business like many men do.  He marries a woman who completely wrecks it in the space of a few years like many women do.  (She could be a metaphor for wives wrecking men or women wrecking the workplace.)  He gets forced into a position where he has to grow a new backbone to deal with the problem, his wife.  (This is a bit atypical, but it does happen.)  He has to call him other men to fix the problems his wife caused (Melchiorri and the new general manager).  When women get confronted with the results of their actions, they turn to emotional abuse just like the owner’s wife did.  (If this was in the US proper, I’m sure she would have turned to divorce and/or law suits as well.)  The son decides to go his own way (from the perspective of this microcosm) just like many men are currently doing.  Melchiorri and the owner also have a conversation about how hotels are built on systems (like any business) which his wife was against.  Systems are something men are always building.  (This includes technology since all technology can be characterized as a system.)  In the end, women are still causing trouble.

Everything that happened on this episode is a good metaphor for how women are wrecking the modern economy.

In the aftermath of hurricane super storm Sandy, the rebuilding beings.  Any army of electrical workers worked around the clock to restore power to areas that lost power.  Cleanup crews are pumping away the water from flooded areas.  There is a long list of work being done.  I found a video with a lot of pictures of this work being done, and in all those pictures one group is missing, WOMEN.

Just like with repairing 1700 foot tall transmission towers and HVAC, rebuilding after super storm Sandy is a job that you won’t women doing.  It’s all men.  When there is hard work to be done, dirty work, dangerous work, only men will do it.  Women will be nowhere to be found except possibly to fill out diversity paperwork.  Without men the Jersey Shore and all the other areas devastated by Sandy wouldn’t be rebuilt.

I don’t know when it will happen, but eventually there will be a disaster where insufficient men will be found to rebuild afterwards.  Men have been beaten over the head for 50 years by feminism so one of these days, enough men will say, “screw it”, when it comes to rebuilding after a disaster.  The power grid won’t be repaired since men won’t be working on it.  People will die because there won’t be male first responders to rescue them.  Fires won’t be put out because there won’t be fireMEN to put them out.  There won’t be male construction workers to rebuild devastated areas.

No one notices that women are nowhere to be found after a disaster.  When men are nowhere to be found after a disaster, it will be noticed immediately.

In my last post about HVAC, Eincrou provided us with a video of another job no woman will ever do, climbing to the top of 1700 foot tall transmission towers to repair them:

I liked the part in the video where he compared to a spacewalk in that you have to bring everything with you.  In this particular case, what this man had to bring was a 30 pound bag of tools.  That just solidifies that women will never be doing this job.

I also liked this comment on the youtube page:

Slowly..every day… the tower bends a little from the weight of these two men’s massive balls

This is type of job like HVAC that as far as women know are done by transmission tower fairies.  Just like with HVAC as men do only the required minimum to survive expect anything dependent on transmission towers like TV, radio, cell phones, etc. to stop working.  If you want to prevent this, then you need to do some real work to fight feminism.

There are so many technologies that we use everyday that we barely think about.  That’s because these technologies “just work”.  They don’t “just work”.  Instead it is the result of the labor of many men from the men who originally invented the technology to all of the technicians and other workers who keep these technological systems working.  HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), and Rof L Mao Esq on the Anti-Misandry forums had something to say about HVAC:

HVAC – Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (sometimes called HVACR to include Refrigeration)

This has been sticking in my craw for some time. In virtually every university around the world there is a complex of highly developed climate control systems that make it possible for students and teachers to examine topics of relevance and contemplate conditions of a future world while enjoying clean, breathable air that is maintained year-round within a narrow range of temperature and humidity. Without these systems, the entire higher-learning process would be made much more difficult, and yet the array of technologies and innovations making these conditions in indoor environments is something hardly anyone outside the HVAC industry ever has to think about.

And yet in many ways, HVAC as a whole is the pinnacle of human technological achievement. Without it there could never have been human space travel, underground research facilities in a number of fields, air-conditioned cars, not to mention the comforts in our homes most of us may take for granted.

In light of the cynical new feminist theory, promoted by Hannah Rosin and others, to the effect that economic recession represents an opportunity for women to rise economically at the expense of men and our role in modern society, I can foresee certain mundane mechanical obstacles to seeing this through long-term. It occurs to me that without climate control and HVAC systems continuing to function, the indoor environments making it possible for one sex to contemplate in safety and comfort the obsolescence of the other would no longer be available.

HVAC is not just held together by school janitors with wrenches and screwdrivers. It is the result of centuries of (male) developments in science and technology, analog and digital control systems and instrumentation, health and wellness research, integrative engineering drawing on knowledge from a wide spectrum of fields, as well as a vast system of manufacturing and research/development that continually strives to make HVAC systems more effective and efficient.

With the oft-discussed dilemma of female students showing little desire to enter into the STEM arena as a career track, one wonders how a world short on highly trained scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians – all of which are required to keep the HVAC industry afloat – may continue to enjoy safe, comfortable indoor spaces, such as the classrooms where Women’s Studies courses are taught.…3_ZhmymSqzWQmQ

Saying that HVAC is the pinnacle of human technological achievement is not an exaggeration.  HVAC has led to massive drops in mortality rates and large economic gains.  During the 2003 European heatwave, over 14,000 people died in France alone due to a lack of air conditioning.  HVAC enables many other technologies.  It is impossible to overstate the importance of HVAC.  Like with anything that is this important, it is almost completely handled by men.  When was the last time you have seen a female HVAC technician?  Most of you will answer, never.

Women will not be getting involved in the HVAC trade despite that a myriad of full scholarships for women studying the HVAC trade go completely unused.  It’s too dirty.  It’s too “blue collar” despite the fact that it is a trade where good money can be made.  Most importantly, it’s a line of work where results matter.  A HVAC system has to work and accusing it of sexism won’t make it work better.  For that matter, most women have no familiarity with the necessity of HVAC.  For all they know, HVAC is done by heating and cooling fairies.

What will happen in the future as men see no point to working more than the bare minimum they need to survive?  HVAC systems will start falling apart due to disrepair.  This will also cause a chain reaction to other technologies that are dependent on HVAC.  There’s is more to this that keeping your house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.  For example, your computer can generate a lot of heat.  HVAC systems are needed to keep it cool.  Imagine the same thing at the datacenter scale.  Datacenters are places where despite using the best HVAC systems out there, the heat generated from the racks of computers is still an issue.  If HVAC systems don’t get their needed maintenance, then datacenters will not be able to run.  There are plenty of other examples where keeping something climate controlled is very important.  Without men working in HVAC, a lot of our technological infrastructure becomes non-viable.

If you want to save our HVAC infrastructure (and unless you want to live in a mud hut, you probably do), then you need to work to defeat feminism.

This week the NASA landed the curiosity rover on Mars. Forbes magazine decided to ignore most of the people who made this historic achievement happen, namely men, in favor of congratulating the few women involved.  The male scientists and engineers who made this happen and did all of the real work are being ignored in favor of women who are doing “important” tasks like providing a twitter feed of the rover.  (If the government was serious about saving money, it could start by having the curiosity rover could easily do its own tweeting without a “social media team” on Earth.)

What would happen if you reversed the ratio of men to women involved with the curiosity rover?  Would the men get any congratulations?  Of course not, but that is a trick question.  If the ratio of men to women was reversed, there would be no curiosity rover.  Instead there would just be a lot of tweets about it.

This week was the 50th anniversary of the first broadcast from Telstar, the first commercial satellite in orbit.  This was the beginning of all the satellite communications technologies from satellite phones to GPS that we use today.  It’s also an example of some of the things that men do such as solve problems and advance technology.

Telstar was built in an era when there weren’t any government imposed roadblocks to men getting involved with science and engineering.  The men who produced Telstar didn’t have to worry about leftists like Obama using Title IX to impose quotas to limit the number of men who can get science and engineering education and bragging about how fewer men than women get college educations.

Obama has said “Title IX isn’t just about sports,” but also “inequality in math and science education” and “a much broader range of fields, including engineering and technology.  I’ve said that women will shape the destiny of this country, and I mean it.”  Women shaping the destiny of the US in science and engineering means that less science and engineering will happen in the US.  Science, engineering, and technological advancement will more and more happen elsewhere or not happen at all.  I don’t know what the next Telstar will be, but whatever it is, it will be created outside the US (and the West) or not be created at all.

This should not surprise anyone.  Feminists have called Issac Newton’s Principia Mathematica, a rape manual.  That shows how much feminists care about expanding the body of human knowledge.  In other words, they don’t and effectively want us to return to the stone age.  The future will always be developed by men, and if you want a future where people are doing something more than living in caves, feminism must die.

There’s a TV show called Hotel Impossible on the Travel Channel.  It’s about this guy, Anthony Melchiorri, who is a specialist in turning around failing hotels.  Each episode he turns around a struggling hotel, and these hotels usually have a lot of problems.  A typical problem that these hotels have is cleanliness.  Cleanliness was a big issue in this past week’s episode.  Melchiorri inspects a room at the hotel he is turning around, and this room had an extremely FILTHY bed.  There were puke stains, piss stains, blood stains, and shit stains on various sheets and the bed.

While the hotel in question was falling down on the job in cleaning their rooms, how did these beds get so FILTHY from body fluids?  From my previous post, it’s obvious that it’s the result of several women (or maybe just one woman).  Think about that next time you’re staying in a hotel, particularly if the room is filthy.

There’s a new show on the Discovery channel called Bering Sea Gold.  It’s one of those reality TV shows that show blue collar men working in remote regions of the world.  In this case, it’s about men from Nome, Alaska who are mining the seafloor of the Bering Sea for gold.

I’m not that interested in that type of show, but I usually like to catch an episode or two of these shows to confirm a theory I have about them.  That theory is that there will never be more than one woman who is a regular on this kind of TV show.  The reason for that is because when there’s real (and hard) work to be done, women are nowhere to be found.  It’s men who get real work done.  Sometimes, you will see one woman on this type of show, but no more because she’s the token chick.  This is probably because the producers didn’t want to feature men exclusively.

My theory held with Bering Sea Gold.  There’s only one woman who is mining gold, and she clearly is the token chick.  This chick is trying to earn money so she can pay to get a Masters degree in opera in Europe.  Apparently, she thought gold mining would be a good way to get cash.  Her main purpose seems to be showing cleavage to the camera (which she has done a few times) and screwing up.  To mine gold from the seafloor or the Bering Sea someone dives down from their boat and takes a massive vacuum to suck the top of the seafloor into a machine that sorts the gold from the dirt.  This works because the gold is in tiny pieces and on the top of the seafloor due to various natural processes.  The first time the token chick dived down, she wasn’t careful, and her arm got sucked into the vacuum.  She was able to get her arm out and was fine, but right before it happened anyone watching could tell she wasn’t being careful and was going to get her arm sucked into the vacuum.  Later she said that she is absent minded and not very safety conscious.  In other words, she an a direct encounter with reality that slapped her in the face.  The gold mining boat she is on is just her and the captain/owner of the boat.  The captain even said that her contribution to his gold mining operation was pretty minimal.

Beyond the token chick, there were some very interesting metaphors in this show.  The captain/owner of the boat that the token chick works on seems like a he could be a MGHOW.  At one point he talked about how he doesn’t have a girlfriend (the token chick isn’t his girlfriend and there is nothing going on between them at all), and how gold is really his girlfriend right now.  He also does things like live in a Mongolian yurt on the beach, etc.  Given the size of his boat and mining operation, he is also the one making the most money so far.  (There is a boat that is making more money than him, but it’s much bigger and has more overhead so this guy is coming out ahead so far.)  Of course the token chick is working for the possible MGHOW.  He has the gold (literally) while everyone else is tapped out.

On one of the other boats, the captain of that boat owes a lot in child support payments.  He has talked about how if he doesn’t get some money to pay child support, he’s going to jail.  In other words, he is practically mining gold to hand over to his ex-wife and her increasing demands.  That’s a real good metaphor for the feminist anti-family court system.

Even in Nome, Alaska, you can’t get away from feminism.

Something you will hear occasionally is that the men’s rights movement will never take off because it requires playing the “victim card” making men look weak and stopping the MRM in its tracks.  The Overcoming Bias blog reporting about a post from Thursday’s blog repeated this.  This is wrong, and a comment on that blog entry explains why:

There’s a non-sequitur hiding in that ellipsis, but the first three sentences, divorced from the comments about ability to get laid, really are generally true.

Notice that economic and political movements which have aimed at shifting the balance of power/wealth to masses of men from elites have generally had aggressive, rather than supplicatory, rhetoric.

There is no need for the MRM to use the “victim card” at all.  The MRM has other options (including but not limited to aggressive rhetoric) so this is not a problem.  Sure the “victim card” won’t work, but that’s fine we’re not women.  We have better options at our disposal.

By now you have all heard of Van Jones and his resignation as “Green Jobs Czar” for Obama.  I’m not going to rehash that.  Others have covered it in detail from the fact that he’s an admitted communist to a supporter of cop killer, Mumia Abu Jamal, to a 9/11 truther.  While this seems like its a small victory, it really means a great deal moving forward.

Van Jones was part of what has been called to the blue-green alliance, really the blue collar-green alliance, an attempt to put together big labor with environmentalists.  For Van Jones that only means politically correct labor since he has talked about “making places like West Oakland the center of the green economy” and “creating a pipeline from prisons to the green economy”.  This is not to create green (or any other kind of) energy, but along with cap and trade tax to make a government controlled cartel over energy.

There is an energy revolution coming, but guys like Van Jones want to strangle it before it begins.  For example, Obama cut funding to tidal energy research when its on the verge of becoming a usable form of energy generation (particularly in the Pacific Northwest).  In the 90s, Clinton cut the funding down to nothing for the Integral Fast Reactor, nuclear reactor technology that would have greatly reduced the problem of nuclear waste.  If Clinton and Obama really are interested in creating green energy, then why did they cut funding to two things that would have done just that?  The answer is that they aren’t interested in green energy but making everyone more impoverished by increasing the price of energy, making people more dependent on government.  New energy technologies would also primarily benefit (white and Asian) men since they would get the jobs from these technologies.  As we now know from Van Jones, this is unacceptable to him and guys like Clinton and Obama.

Where does Kardashev come into this?  Kardashev was a Russian astronomer who created a scale for classifying the technological development of extraterrestial civilizations based on their energy usage.  This scale is highly speculative so its usefulness for more than writing science fiction and other speculation is limited.  However, it does tell us one important thing.  A technologically expanding civilization (such as ours) is going to increase its energy usage over time.  (Only a collapse of said civilization can change this.  Even depressions end eventually.)  No amount of conservation or efficiency will change this fact.

Guys like Van Jones, Clinton, and Obama have to strangle technological development to force people to be dependent on government.  This means strangling development in energy technologies since without energy technological development is slowed or stalled.  This is also very anti-male as (white and Asian) men are the leading developers of new technologies.  This is why Van Jones has to try to force government controlled “green energy” using (former) prisoners and other politically correct groups because otherwise it would benefit (white and Asian) men.

Forty years ago today men did something that has never been done before. Men landed on the moon. This was an achievement unparalleled in history. Before we were limited to just one planet. Even with the lack of manned space missions beyond Earth orbit, even now we have built the basis for civilization that extends to other planets. This is an example of one of the things men do, men push the limits of our frontiers.

As soon as Armstrong walked on the moon, all of the chattering classes (i.e. men who don’t produce anything and women) started talking nonsense about “imperialism in space” and other garbage. Why? Because they produce nothing. All of the men involved in the moon landing from Armstrong to all the engineers who worked on the spacecraft participated in moving civilization forward. These men accomplished an amazing feat.
Many predicted we would have cities on the moon right now. There are a couple of reasons we don’t. One is that when predicting the future a common mistake is the overestimate where we will be in the short term and underestimate where we will be in the long term. However, the other reason is the result of feminism (and socialism in general). Money spent on space, on moving civilization forward, is money that isn’t spent on the black hole of women. Take a look at the example of Walter Mondale. He wanted to get rid of the space program in its entirety. While having cities on the moon by now is overestimating big time we should be farther ahead in space then where we are now.
However, this has not stopped men. A spaceport for private space flight is being built in New Mexico. The first permanent node of the Interplanetary Internet is being launched. Men continue to push forward in space.

Recently the Sci-Fi channel, a cable channel that used to be about showing science fiction and related programming changed its name to the Syfy channel. The Sci-Fi channel has been dying for a long time. Now, it is offically dead. This name change represents that the channel is no longer about science fiction in any way, shape, or form. However, the Sci-Fi channel has been dying for a long time. The death of the Sci-Fi channel started in 1998 when Bonnie Hammer took over the channel and decided that “more female viewers were needed”. Of course, there couldn’t be a cable channel that men would be interested in watching. Women can’t have that. It took eleven years, but the Sci-Fi channel is now dead due to what is essentially an anti-male crusade.

The Sci-Fi channel used to show good science fiction shows such as Farscape, but they killed it. The channel’s remake of Flash Gordon failed because many viewers tuned out after the pilot since nothing science fiction was happening for most of the pilot.
The “reimagined” (more like redelusioned) Battlestar Galactica was incredibly anti-male. (You can read the link for many examples.) Dirk Benedict who played Starbuck in the original BSG series (yes there was an original BSG series in the 70s) also had a lot to say about the poltically correct [also anti-male by definition] bullshit of the new BSG. Beyond that here is the biggest example of politcally correct/anti-male BS from the new BSG. In the original series from the 70s, the Cylons were created by reptilian aliens NOT humans. The mechanical Cylons commited genocide against their reptilian creators and then proceded to attack other aliens and destroy them. One of these species of aliens, the Hasari, asked for help against the Cylons after the Cylons invaded their territory. Humans responded to their call for help which started the Cylon-Human war. In the new BSG the backstory was completely different, and its the result of women catering to women. The backstory from the original BSG was too pro-male since it shows the war is sometimes necessary.
It actually gets better if you watch all of the episodes of the original series. At one point the humans fighting the Cylons come across another previously unknown human colony. This colony is divided between two states who are at war, the Western Nationalists who are free and democratic and the Eastern Alliance which is run by some form of totalitarianism. The president of the Western Nationalists negotiates a peace with the Eastern Alliance, but the Eastern Alliance just used the “peace” as a cover to attack the Western Nationalists. Again, this was too pro-male for the then heads of the Sci-Fi channel. (As an aside Islam has a word for using peace treaties to regroup and attack like this. It’s called “hudna”. This tatic was also a favorite of the LTTE (Tamil Tigers) before they were destroyed earlier this year.)

I’m constantly amazed by how whenever a woman wants to do something, anything she can’t do it without her hand being held and getting approval from everyone in the universe. This goes as far as going to the restroom. Seriously, women, why can’t you go to the restroom by yourselves?

Men when they want to do something just go do it. We don’t worry about getting approval from everyone around us. What inspired this post was a comment MarkyMark made at his blog:

You know what’s funny? I saw an online article ( about how women were a minority in the blogosphere, and the implied thesis was that men were freezing them out and all that jazz. I was like WTF?! Starting a blog is no more difficult than opening an e-mail account, for cryin’ out loud!

When I started this blog, I didn’t seek approval from anyone; I didn’t do focus groups, take polls, or anything else. I just went ahead and did it back in September of 2006.

When I started this, it was my intent to address men’s issues from a unique perspective; it was my intent to cover things that others weren’t already doing; and it was my intent to cover them in a WAY that no one else was. Back when I started, Eternal Bachelor was king; he covered men’s issues in depth, so finding something he hadn’t already done was challenging. That, and I didn’t know my way around Blogger too well. Hence, I didn’t post much in the beginning. As circumstances changed and as I’ve gotten more comfortable with Blogger, I’ve posted more. But, I never sought anyone’s “approval” to do this. I just up & did it.

One of the things that men do is build things. This can be anything from building cars, to houses, to software, even new inventions. This is something that for the most part women don’t do.
Carlos Owens an army mechanic is Wasilla, AK (yes, that Wasilla) has built his own mecha which is a giant robot that mimics the movements of its human pilot. Here’s a pic of it below:

Owens has been working on mechas for the last four years in his garage. He sees the obvious uses for mechas in construction and the military, but they will probably first be used in entertainment, namely demolition derby battles.
Carlos Owens is very similar to the Wright brothers and the guys in Silicon Valley who created the computer revolution from their garages. The Wright brothers were bicycle mechanics from Ohio. In Silicon Valley, men worked in their garages inventing a whole new industry.
I know lots of people, particularly women, would say that Carlos Owens is just obsessed with science fiction because he is working on building mechas. The fact of the matter is that its men like Carlos Owens who move humanity forward. Countless numbers of men were inspired by Star Trek and proceeded to develop careers creating technology as adults.
Imagine what must have happened right before fire was invented. The rest of the cavemen especially the cavewomen probably told the guy who invented a way to start fire that he was obsessed with science fiction and that a way to start fire wouldn’t be invented for hundreds of years if at all. Since that caveman invented a way to start fire, over and over again people tell men who invent things they are obsessed with science fiction despite being proven wrong again and again.

One of the things that men do is push the limits of our frontiers. On Friday this was evidenced by the beginning of the construction of Spaceport America in Upham, NM. This is where Richard Branson, the billionaire who own the Virgin conglomerate, is planning on running his Virgin Galactic business which exists to run flights into space.

Lots of people think this sort of thing is a waste. It’s not. In fact it’s vital. Outside of Antarctica and the oceans (and even in that case its the deep oceans) every spot on Earth is claimed by some government. In addition governments have been getting more and more socialist over time. In the past the United States acted as an escape valve that prevented things from becoming too bad. However, this could change with Obama as President. There’s a good chance that Obama will fail with the economy the way it is, but even then what about the next Obama. We can’t depend on the US as the only escape valve for freedom forever. Thus we need more escape valves and that will be in space, the deep oceans, and maybe even Antarctica.
Most of you know that the title of this post comes from Star Wars. Anytime I hear this spaceport talked about multiple someones say that it should be called Mos Eisley. Given that its in the desert it makes sense. Maybe I should buy some land in Upham, NM to start a cantina.

Men do all of the work that needs to be done. When there’s a dirty, dangerous, or otherwise disgusting job that needs doing women are nowhere to be found. Glenn Sacks brings us the latest example, sulfur mining in Indonesia. Take a look at this photo:

It’s a photo of men engaging in sulfur mining on the edge of a volcanic lake. Potential hazards include eating away at fingers and teeth and wheezing and burning eyes due the fumes. These men have to haul 165 pound loads for 800 meters (about half a mile) up a 50 degree incline. However, this is work that needs to be done so men do it.
In contrast, we have women in climate controlled offices complaining that they are “working too hard”. Women have no idea what real work is.
In a similar example I was thinking about how women my age for the most part don’t know how to cook. They consider it some sort of imposition of sexism probably. On the other hand, every man I know (under 55 or so) knows how to cook. In many cases we can cook very well. With cooking we have example of work that needs to be done (since we need to eat and most of us can’t afford constantly going to restaurants) but since (younger) women refuse to do it, men have taken it over. This would have been unheard of a few decades ago. No one would have thought it would have happened because cooking is “women’s’ work”. Men didn’t care about that. We men saw a job that wasn’t being done and needed doing so we just started doing it.
I get asked plenty about why a man would use artificial wombs to have kids. I have already gone through several reasons, but another is how women are falling down on the job raising kids. Throwing fathers out is the biggest example, but there are many ways in which women are falling down on this job. Once artificial wombs become a reality how long will it be before men just start having kids without women because after all like with cooking women are falling down on the job.
This also brings up the question again, what will men want with women at that point. Many men are already convinced that women bring nothing to a relationship or marriage. With artificial wombs (and sex bots) its really going to look like women add nothing to men’s lives.
