It’s the time of the month to select a new Entitlement Princess of the Month. Last month’s winner with 77% of the vote was Kathy Rowe, a woman who stalked and abused a family who outbid her on a house she was interested in and tried to blame it on sleep deprivation and taking care of a disabled daughter when caught.
The Entitlement Princess of the Month can only keep going with your support so keep submitting new entitlement princesses on the Entitlement Princess of the Month submission page.
This month we have another winner without voting, and she is Ellen Pao, the woman who falsely sued Kleiner Perkins of discrimination against women. It’s likely that the actual source of Pao’s lawsuit was the financial troubles that she and her husband were having combined with being pissed that her affair with a married coworker was exposed. Rather than accept that it was her own (and her husband’s) actions that got her into her situation, she tried to blame her former employer with a lawsuit that conveniently showed up when she and her husband started having financial trouble. Pao’s entitlement doesn’t stop there. She is currently the interim CEO of Reddit, where she saw nothing wrong with having any comments from Reddit that were critical of her husband and his alleged ponzi scheme deleted.
Overall, Ellen Pao exhibits a lot of the same behavior that is seen from “women in tech” who just hang around the tech industry like previous Entitlement Princess of the Month winner Shanley Kane. Given Pao’s and her husband’s financial troubles, it is almost guaranteed that she will continue to be an entitlement princess. Thus, she is the only choice for the March 2015 Entitlement Princess Of The Month.
