It’s  time for another round of “I Read The “We Are The 99% Blog” So You Don’t Have To“.  We have many more examples of how the progressive stack will not help you if you are male.

I would bet serious money that if her employer told her she wasn’t getting paid this month because someone in payroll had a miscarriage, she would be angry.  Also, if a miscarriage is really this daunting isn’t paying bills something her husband should be helping with?  Wait.  I forgot this was the “We are the 99% blog” that’s filled with single mothers and wannabe single mothers.  Regardless Wall Street did not cause this woman’s miscarriage.  And can you image a man ever using an equivalent excuse?  Of course not.

These people aren’t tuned into TV and iPhones yet they know what iPhones are and somehow this made it on to the internet.  Something stinks.  Maybe it’s the stench from having 14 or 15 people to a house.  (That’s what you get when you divide 100 people by 7 houses.)  I will take the Wall Street way over being stuffed like sardines into a communal house.

Like with this person, many on the We are the 99% blog complain about how they followed “the rules” but ended up in whatever sorry state they are in.  Even the single mothers make that complaint.  These people did not follow “the rules”.  They followed a script, an arbitrary script, without thinking about it.  This script was not provided by Wall Street.  We have legions of men, MRAs, MGTOW, herbivores in Japan, and other men, who have all figured out how “the script” is arbitrary and pointless, yet very few women can figure this out.

“I consider my alimony my pension.”  I’m sure we will be hearing more of this as the baby boomer women retire and decide to cash out of their marriages.  This is another example of how if you’re a man then you’re part of the 1% no matter what.

There are a lot of these “I will never be able to afford to get married and have children”.  Often those posts are right next to posts from single mothers talking about how each of their kids has a different dad or something similar and can’t get child support because he’s a bum.  It’s not Wall Street’s fault that you can’t get married and have children.  With some of the women I have seen on the “We are the 99% blog” the financial costs of marriage and children are the least of their problems with getting marriage and children.  It’s also not Wall Street’s fault that you decided to have sex with bums.

At least she’s honest about her desire that capitalism should die.  While the “We are the 99% blog” has plenty of posts from men, all the kill capitalism posts are only from women.  This is the best argument for capitalism I have ever seen.

Given that this woman is a single mother, it’s likely she has never been a net taxpayer since she has been the recipient of various wealth transfers from men to women.  She should not talk about paying taxes.

I think this one is a subtle troll.

Wall Street isn’t in charge of college costs.  Again we’re back to the question of why occupy Wall Street when they should be occupy university administration offices.   No one in Occupy Wall Street is asking questions like where does all this tuition paid to colleges go?  Maybe it’s time to start asking why the University of California teachers union is trying to block online courses.

Here is the progressive stack in action, various groups fighting to determine who “has it worse”.

There is a surprising number of people who bring up how they’re transgender on the “We are the 99% blog”.  It makes sense in terms of the progressive stack because otherwise you’re at the bottom of the progressive stack with the straight white men.

As I said before, if you are male, then you will be considered part of the 1%.

  1. I love the post but have to make a point about the husband ditching the wife in her 50’s. If a woman gave her best years to a marriage then she is justified in expecting the old man to stick around in their twilight years.

    • What are her duties, then?

Until I hear about ‘her’ duties and responsibilities, I’m not much interested in hearing about ‘mine’ or even ‘his’.

You lay out the deal, and then let men and legally responsible women choose whether to sign up…or not.

    • That is true, but anytime I hear the story “my husband divorced me and ruined me” I get suspicious knowing the anti-male nature of (anti-)family courts. We don’t know have her ex’s side of the story which I would want to hear before declaring that he ran off with another woman.

  2. This script was not provided by Wall Street.

I, myself, am SURE that Wall Street had nothing to do with making college debt non-dischargable by bankruptcy. And once they acquired this new, better-than-any-other-kind-of-debt debt on young people, I’m sure they would never, ever try to get more of this better-than-any-other-kind-of-debt. Cause they run a business, and their business is to make money. And clearly, clearly, getting people to get more of this better-than-any-other-kind-of-debt-ever debt wouldn’t benefit them in any way.

I have no idea how this could be the case. I don’t see how any sane person could believe this. But you got the words out of your mouth, so good job!

    • You know, there were a lot of supposedly “bright” people getting loans for degrees they had to know on some level were worthless.

Being part of the 99% means never having to say you screwed up, eh?

      • Real economic strength is having a variety of jobs for a variety of skills, (even junk degrees) and temperaments not supporting parasites on Wall Street, outsourcing and down skilling.
Had we done the former, these people would not be out there, heck neither would the Tea Party…

The idea of Progress with rare exceptions is stupid. However the basic idea these guys are pushing , the economy is rigged is solid. And no it won’t help men , there with some of us on economic and trade reform but the multi-culti issue is critical for us and they are basically opposed to getting rid of the illegals and many of the foreigners to free up jobs for all kind of native men.

  3. Note the pages of tally marks in the last photo. This nut may have really counted 1151 people, also taking sex into account with blue and pink highlighting.

She doesn’t give any suggestions as to what exactly this mismatch means. The white privilege she references as skewing the numbers is unspecified.

She is correct that the tumblr photo proportions mean it’s impossible that they are a legitimate sample of 99% of Americans, when measured by race. But, I doubt that her message was intended to be merely a mathematical one. She should have remembered to tell us what her point was.

  4. PT Barnum: “I, myself, am SURE that Wall Street had nothing to do with making college debt non-dischargable by bankruptcy.”

Well, yeah. That’s the trade-off you have to make when you attempt to get a “free lunch” and send way more kids to college than ought to go.

Lenders will only make extremely the risky loans kids need to pay outrageous tuitions if there is a guarantee that they can hound borrowers forever. Any attempt to gain a free lunch will require absurdities like this.

“Cause they run a business, and their business is to make money. And clearly, clearly, getting people to get more of this better-than-any-other-kind-of-debt-ever debt wouldn’t benefit them in any way.”

Yes, the business of the financials is to facilitate transfers of money, and the business model is to take a cut of the transfer. The bigger the transaction, the bigger the cut.

Financiers have teamed up with universities and government to blow a massive bubble that is really awesome for politicians, Marxist professors and Wall Street bankers. The prices involved in higher education are enormous, so bankers are very willing to make these student loans, especially when risk is massively reduced via an anti-free market exception has been made in bankruptcy law.

Hopeful, but naive, people of the past 50 years have wanted every kid to go to college, and they are willing to mindlessly pursue this goal. These three malicious actors realized this and made it work to their advantage. Blaming Wall Street alone fails to acknowledge how entrenched these problems are.

“I don’t see how any sane person could believe this.

Intellectually deficient morons are often heard saying this, as they understand very little.

  5. This stuff is priceless. Keep it coming.

  6. Lenders will only make extremely the risky loans kids need to pay outrageous tuitions if there is a guarantee that they can hound borrowers forever. Any attempt to gain a free lunch will require absurdities like this.

I’m curious how borrowing money that you intend to pay back is a “free lunch”.

    Maybe you are an idiot?

    That’s what I thought.

  7. Forty years ago before these nondischargable loans were around, people could go to a a decent university, work in the typical college jobs and pay your tuition, room and board and not go into debt.

While I have no sympathy for these bozos that got worthless degrees at tens of thousands of dollars (especially since they’re telling people like me to get to the back of the bus), the whole student loan thing is unholy and totally fucked up the natural supply and demand curve for higher education (which is yet another example of government intervention making things worse)

It allowed the post high school schools to charge whatever they want for tuition (and you can see it in the costs growing always higher than inflation). If we’d never had the government back these loans and never had them changed from other kinds of debt this bubble would never have occurred.

    • The thing that gets me is that none of these people are asking questions about where the costs are coming from or how colleges have been able to get away with . It’s all the government should pay a million dollars a year per university student. Occupy Wall Street will not have the answers to this unless it becomes Occupy The Dean’s Office.

  8. My buddy sent me this video of an OWS protester. I lol’ed…

He’s a man though, so Step Back!

  9. The girl in the 3rd photo has some nice dick sucking lips.

  10. […] Boosterism to the contrary, it’s become blindingly obvious that the core of the OWS crowd are a bunch of sulky little girls stamping their feet because they […]
